Training Elevator Pitch
Below is the link for my elevator pitch. I look forward to your feedback!
Elevator Pitch Script
If your employees were to tell me that
they know everything there is to know about their job I would be really worried.
I would think like “wow they actually believe that there is nothing left to
learn or improve on and they can just coast the rest of their time working here”
As a trainer, I am focused on looking at how your team currently performs and determining
how, or maybe better put, to what extent their performance supports your organizations
goals. I then develop tools that help to support and encourage changes in individual
behaviors and teach employees techniques that can help them build skills,
develop confidence, and become better at what they do. I also work with your
organization to help support these changes and create measurable and
sustainable results.
Hello Melissa,
ReplyDeleteI like how your casual yet professional tone and voice is used in this speech. I felt as if I was receiving the pitch and I was definitely convinced of your abilities to provide intentional and meaningful training to my employees.
Melissa --- well... I replied to this but apparently it didn't stick. LOL.
ReplyDeleteMelissa ---You make a great point in your post about the different types of skill and the importance of honoring and cultivating both. It is certainly possible that someone could be a master of their job skills, but not terribly evolved with their social, communication or teamwork skills. Emotional intelligence is critical to success on the job and in the world.
